Our HVAC system went out and we called the desk clerk, we had to change rooms and then that room was so cold. Finally got tolerable during the night. We only booked the one night. It was a new hotel so I guess it has some cliches to work out.

This property was so neat and so clean. Everything is brand new. The check in process being emailed to you beforehand is so clutch, it made check in seamless. It was SO quiet!! They actually had the appropriate amount of towels! We will definitely be coming back!!!

I would have to say the rooms at this hotel are kind of sterile. They are made for the overnighter as there really isn't anyplace to unpack and relax/enjoy ones stay. That's why we checked out the very next day, instead of staying the entire week as planned. We just couldn't get comfortable. Sorry

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. A special shoutout to Chelsi for her outstanding customer service when I had an issue with the heat in my room, she patiently helped me upgrade to a more comfortable space. She was kind, attentive, and truly made my stay stress-free. Beyond the great service, the hotel itself is absolutely wonderful. It’s very nice and exceptionally clean, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The rooms are top-tier beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Plus, the hot and fresh breakfast bar was a perfect start to my day, offering a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Chelsi, and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

This is a new hotel so overall it was clean, our room the deadbolt didn't line up with the latch and it being a microtel it had a bunch of wooden pegs that were not installed properly and fell off. Breakfast was ok, but still getting use to number of items to have, seemed everything was a bit old or watered down Juice, waffle mix and cereals. Breakfast definitely a 2 out of 5.

HVAC design needs to be redone for the rooms

The ac system is set up horribly. Blows directly on you because a bench covers the top of the ac. The thermostat in every room glows extremely bright blue and does NOT EVER shut off and has to be covered. And the ac would either have me soaked in sweat or freezing cold at night set at 72. Didn’t sleep well.

I love Sam she is the best

I love staying here when we stay at hotel. Sam is homestly the most kind and caring individual. She went aboce and beyond to get us in the room we wanted. We had a problem with these Mexicans oitside our first dloor window borh nights drinking. They was sitting in the yard right in front of our window. Im like who does that? Same took care of it so we would feel safe and comfortable. We needed an extra 45 minutes and i called let thrm know running late. No problem. You honestly have a terrific hotel here. The staff and all their things thy have is nice. Bed is so wonderful. Pillows are great. I love their comforter its my favorite. I even want one like it! My only thing would be look at the towells more closely and take the hairs off. Thank you.
