Was a great stay.
We satyed here for 2 days. Our room was clean and roomy for the 4 of us (plus 1 service dog). The front desk employees were kind and made checking in easy. There was a continental breakfast that even had something my picky preteen would eat, a very important detail when staying somewhere. We would stay here again if we went back to Eureka Springs.

The room is definitely dated! Has an iron burn in carpet. TV remote didn't work from the bed and ripped sheets and a chip in the middle of mirror above hot tub. It was fairly clean but the hot tub was very nice!

The price is great for the area, jetted tub was nice, comfy bed, convenient location. It is Eureka Springs, where parking is scarce, so I would advise using Uber or Lyft or the limo-cabs to go out on weekends. This place was packed and the parking lot was completely full. I would definitely recommend them for a nice visit to Eureka Springs that doesnt break the bank before you unpack.

Checking in was easy and the staff were friendly and inviting to the hotel. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The room was nicely decorated and my husband appreciated the recliner. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay!
