It is very close to Teotihuacan. Generally a good place but staying in a triple room, the shower has no privacy which is not nice and made us a bit uncomfortable.

The place was conveniently located next to the pyramids and on the boarder of the neighboring Pueblo. Basic accommodations, pools, restaurants, etc… The best thing about the whole experience was the hospitality! Some of the best I’ve ever had!

The hotel grounds are very clean and well maintained. The hotel room does need to be upgraded and no amenities other than a travel size shampoo and conditioner. We also stayed in a room where there is a night club/bar just across the garden. The music was extremely loud and it went on well into the night. On a positive note, Daniela at the front desk was very helpful and super accommodating.

Our stay at El Jaguar
This has been one of our best experiences in any hotel. The staff were always on top of things and very friendly. Especially Ara, our receptionist. She went beyond her duties to make sure we were comfortable and made our experience fabulous. The breakfast was so delicious and there were many options to choose from. Everything was so clean. They wake up early to make sure everything is in perfect shape. The swimming pool was clean and the water was warm. Gracias Sra Ara for making our stay wonderful

Lugar bueno para corta estancia
Para pasar un par de días es buena, es económico, las recamaras un poco descuidadas muy sencillas. La alberca es buena, el restaurante caro, la coctelería del bar es aceptable, la gente de recepción es muy amable.

No me volvería a hospedar
En la recepción no esta la tarifa de cada noche, de hecho pagué lo estipulado en mi reservación, y no me dieron cambio. Es un hotel sumamente pequeño lo que hace que se oiga todo el ruido de los huespedes. La regadera esta frente a la cama, lo cual no da nada de privacidad. Las camas son tendidas pero no cambian las sábanas, lo vimos cuando las familias dejaban el lugar y no cambiaban las sábanas. Hay mucho ruido por que hay bares junto al hotel. El desayuno es jugo de naranja de botella de naranjada, la fruta desabrida, el desayuno es muy malo, y el restaurante es amplio, lo que al parecer sería a la vista bueno, pero no lo es. No fue una buena experiencia

En general una buena estancia con algunos detalles
El personal muy amable y profesional. La localización con vista a la pirámide del Sol excelente. La comida, cuando hay, muy buena. Varias oportunidades de mejora: La privacidad en el baño es nula pues no hay división con la recámara. El restaurant cierra a las 6:00PM y no hay ningún lugar para cenar en 500 m a la redonda. El lavamanos muy pequeño e incomodo.
