Beautiful new hotel. Restaurant food was great. Friendly staff. Our only issue was the safe did not work in the room, we asked for it to be fixed but it wasn’t. Only here for 1 night so that was fine for us. Would stay here again. Close to airport.

The hotel is decent enough clean rooms and newly renovated. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. The food was actually quite good when I got it though there was a wait. The reason for my HORRIBLE rating, is there was a festival going on next door and I could literally feel my chest vibrating until 3 AM. It was INSANE. I booked room because I was stuck in the airport and needed to sleep. I would have had better luck at the airport. I don't know about city bylaws I thought there was a national law around noise and deadlines of 10 PM. I still can't get over it. Everyone in that hotel deserves a refund.

This hotel is new and struggling to provide adequate service. The elevators were broken - only one appeared to be working and it was tiny. The room was stuffy and loud. Paper-thin walls. The staff seemed very unhappy - rude at times. The breakfast was way overpriced for the offering.
