It was nice
The hotel is very nice. Everyone for the most part was really nice but they need more training. Several times I asked questions without being able to find an answer. No one knew the answer or who to ask. It was I guess this or maybe try asking so and so. That was frustrating. No explanation on how to use the elevators or where to go. Check in was slow which was expected on opening but not knowing how to check in guest correctly was what slowed it down the most. While i was checking in the employee had to ask another employee how to do a soft check in since our room wasnt ready but we were going to the water park. We were given misinformation about when it came time to get our room and ended up waiting in line for an hour and half just to get our keys to the room. Employees were apologetic and most were very nice. My issue is the lack of traning and knowledge on the facilities.
