I will tell everyone about the Thompson! Everybody on the staff was exceptional! I have never stayed somewhere and felt so welcome. Everyone was kind and said hi when we passed them, asking us how we were. The best part is when we’re walked to our room and told about all the amenities. I’ve stayed a lot of places and I don’t remember the bellman ever having the time to be so welcoming. The property is beautiful. We will be back for sure.

This is a beautiful property. Everyone was very nice and helpful and attentive. Greg, our bellman gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Rooms were very spacious. The food at Lola Rose was delicious. We would stay again!

Great Hotel Downtown Palm Springs

Everyone at The Thompson Hotel was extremely friendly. Our room was clean and had a very spacious balcony. We loved the various outdoor firepits where you could sit at night. We will stay there again.
