Disappointed
Hotel structure is OK, very large area full of nature, decent pool and restaurants. My room was quite bad - when we got to the hotel, it was dirty and the furniture is very very old. Hotel staff was pleasant and food was OK. I was travelling with my wife and 2 years old son and he had a good time in the beach and in the pool, but hotel is also far from everything so we did not go anywhere else. I am not planning to come back.

Nice beach. Nice room. Good food, but same menu every day or two. Expensive for travellers from Canada. Flight connections are headache (4 flights and total travel time 25hrs – 1 way). For half price you can have same vacation in Cuba.

O atendimento na recepção foi muito bom, porém, nos demais ambientes, como bares e restaurante, necessita de um “baculejo”, estão trabalhando sem vigor, sem vontade, falta alegria e satisfação no trabalho, reclamações uns aos outros com relação à horários na frente dos hóspedes. Caprichar mais nos alimentos tanto em relação à sabor quanto à variedade!

Uma estadia não mais do quê ok....O resort tem um grande potencial, contudo, não consegue entregar. Piscinas do hotel são pequenas e sujas. Alimentação precisa melhorar e muito no Buffet, muito mesmo, nas 3 refeições. Nos petiscos, tiveram alguns pontos altos, no dia da lagosta e no outro dia que teve caranguejo. As pizzas também que são servidas diariamente, eram melhores do que o jantar. Com relação a limpeza, é incrível como que num resort fincado no meio de um mangue, tem um sistema de coleta de lixo tão precário e extramente preocupante. As atividade na recreação para as crianças foram boas, e o parque aquático também ofuscaram um pouco a frustração com a estadia. Enfim, como falei no inicio, este resort tem um potencial incrível, mas acho que falta "carinho" com o mesmo. Voltarei nele, se souber que boa parte das oportunidades forem sanadas. Ahhh, outra coisa boa, tem heineken a vontade no all inclusive....

Péssima. Barata no quarto, pia entupida, travesseiro da cama de solteiro com mau cheiro. Foi um experiência decepcionante onde irei pagar com muito desgosto. Fui passar 4 dias de férias com minha família, onde o local não é perto, distância de 3h30 de viagem, criamos expectativas e nos sentimos frustrados.
