I booked this apartment for my wedding weekend for the girls to get ready and then for us to stay at that night.
The property lists both free off site and free on site parking. This is not true.
Unfortunately, that was one of the main reasons I chose the property as I was having hair, makeup and photographer coming to the location.
I reached out to confirm the parking a couple days beflre when my check-in information didnt provide any parking info. There were a couple back and forth messages. They asked me to send a screenshot of where it listed the parking and I did. They then said they would look into it and get back to me. Days later and received zero communication back. I decided to call, this is now the day of my check in. The lady says she will have to check with the onsite team and get back to me.
Surprise, no one ever got back to me.
I had to pay $60 for parking for 2 nights. I also then had to cover the parking of my hair, makeup and photographer.
Very misleading and terrible customer service from some "Red Awning" company or whatever the managing company was called.
