I booked for triple room and sea view but they gave me standard room without sea view. I pay double more for sea view and this what i got. The room air condition is not working and its too hot. An amazing memorable experience
Everything was fine, customer service was really great especiall (Majdi) who was very helpful and friendly. The activity team were friendly and really good. Nice hotel, disappointing night.
The hotel is lovely. However I had a couple of problems with the room that weren't resolved. The most significant issue was that the air conditioning didn't work, meaning I had a very uncomfortable nights sleep. I raised this issue with a hotel employee and nothing was done about it. Also, in the room I lacked a few minor things, all of which were requested, but never appeared. These included things such as shower gel in the bathroom dispenser, and a room service food and drinks menu. Considering that I'll be staying in the area for the next few months and I would have wanted to stay at this hotel regularly, I think given my experience I'll find another hotel.
