Excellent hotel close to the train station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is top class and the choice of food is amazing. We had a late flight and we were able to pay a little extra to keep the room until late afternoon. This was a great facility. Highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. There was very little storage space. Room phone didn’t work. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke English. Location was great and central close to Alexanderplatz. There was no fridge and cleaning on request only. Seemed air conditioning didn’t respond properly.

Great location, "everything" nearby.

I like the no nonsense style of decoration and sufficiency of the hotel layout calm rooms, friendly staff. Close to the S-Bahn station Rosa-Luxemburg Platz, the Hotel is easy to reach via U2. Plenty of food and shopping locations nearby, even so the Alexanderplaatz is currently in terrible shape and very dirty, the never ending so called 'graffiti' in that part of Berlin makes you rather want not to stray around on the streets, even so the Nicolai quarter and the Hackeschen Höfe are really close and in walking distance. Hotel is too, based on the quality, I would stay there any time again when visiting Berlin again.
The famous theater is just 4 min right around the corner!

Great hotel in a great location close to Alexanderplatz. Easy to get to feom the airport by train. Let us check in 4 hours early which was great. Next door to a beer hall with outside area and ealking distance to a lot of main tourist attractions and bus tours. Good breakfast and staff were always really helpful. Highly recommended and would definitely book again

Very nice stay in central Berlin

This hotel offers a very pleasant experience in a central location—conveniently close to Alexanderplatz, yet far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. It strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility. Unlike some German hotels that favor bold color schemes like lime green, neon yellow, and spicy orange or purple in eclectic combinations, this one opts for a calm and neutral design. The atmosphere is soothing and tasteful. Our room on the 7th floor was clean, fresh, and quiet, with a view overlooking a residential building. Breakfast was generous enough with a wide variety of options. Although the breakfast area was quite busy, it never felt overwhelming. The only minor wait was at the coffee machine, and even then, just one or two people ahead—totally manageable. Overall, excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Bland but good quality hotel. Locale can feel a little shady in the evening as a homeless soup kitchen is set up on Alexander Platz. But we didn’t have any trouble and there were police nearby too.

This was a good hotel and we especially liked the varied (and clearly marked) vegan food at the breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and relatively quiet for a city centre hotel. The location is excellent with very easy access to Alexanderplatz railway station (connections to the airport and S and U-bahns). There is also a tram which stops very near the hotel. The only improvement would be full blackout curtains. Overall, though, this was a very good hotel and would recommend!

A very nice hotel. All staff were welcoming. Checkin/checkout was efficient. Great location - an easy walk from the train station at Alexanderplatz, many transport options and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable bed and very good bathroom facilities. Breakfast offered many options; can get busy/crowded. A business guest could find the lack of a chair in the room to be a negative.
