This small hotel is in a picturesque old building around a patio, which is used as a dining room. It is steps from Plaza Nuevo, just under and a short walk from the Alhambra, and close to everything in the old town. The room we had was small but completely adequate, with a beautiful old wooden ceiling. I highly recommend staying here!

No front desk staff at our property the entire time. Had to go to a different hotel for all assistance. Website says laundry. No laundry. Elevator but still many stairs up to hotel and more to our room. Nosiest street. Loud partition people till early morning, terribly loud scooters constantly, construction workers, street cleaners each day for hours and hours.

From checking in to leaving and everything in between the staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel is so convenient for seeing the Alhambra and shopping and dining. Easy to find taxis and buses are right outside the door. The rooms we’re comfortable and the perfect size with air conditioning and a tv if you desire. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel for your stay in beautiful Granada.

A pleasure to stay in.
I have stayed here before, again the room was huge, very historic and a beautiful bathroom. They now have bottles of body wash etc instead of little sachets so is now a good step up in standards. Highly recommended place to stay. Nice and quiet but the most central you can be.

Charming old world atmosphere in the city center
Very nice old world atmosphere in the hotel. Beautiful antique furnishings. The room was a bit dark and I wish the AC worked a bit better but not bad. Great location. If you’re driving parking is quite far away. Staff was nonexistent. We couldn’t even officially check in until the second day. That was the only time we saw someone that worked there. We felt like we were the only ones staying there. We never saw another person the whole stay.

Poor hotel, poor service.
The desk help was unfriendly. The access to the hotel is through a restaurant that was often packed with people. At times there were so many people dinning that we had to ask several people to kindly move their chairs so we could get to the stairs to our room. While not ideal, this was not so bad that I would down rate the hotel. The staff glairing at us each time we interrupted the dinners was annoying.
Our room was pleasant and comfortable. However the walls are thin and our neighbors were extremely noise at all hours of the day and late into the night.

Good and helpful staff!
Very helpful staff! Only can get hot water at the bar which running 8am to 1230am in the midnight. Need to aware of limited access on the road in front of hotel. We parked our at St. Augstin market around 10 min walk. We got 5 euro per night discount at Hotel reception which was really a favor!

What I liked about this hotel was the location and the old world style of the place being that it is was a 17th century domicile. Also the restaurant is quite good so eat there it is pleasant and the best service I had anywhere while in Spain.
I had two big issues the first one was that I had no internet in my room only in the dining area which was difficult for me and the second issue is that there is really no front desk. If you need help from an concierge there won’t be any actually the phone in the room rings a non existent number I think.

Quaint and charming hotel in a perfect location from which to explore Granada. Fairly basic (no safe or minibar) but the room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was enormous! The restaruant and breakfast buffet was nice – good quality of food, wine and service. Overall the place is traditional, stylish and pleasant.

Superb cosy hotel retaining much of it's 18th century charm. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.. The restaurant was full of atmosphere, excellent food and very popular with the locals at the weekend for groups and parties which must speak for itself. The hotel is ideally situated between the old town and the new at the foot of the hill going up to the Alhambra which takes an exhausting 20 - 30 minutes on foot but there is also a bus stop just 2 minutes away for the less energetic. To sum up we were delighted with out choice!

Great restaurant with a room with no view.
Primarily a restaurant/bar with 12 rooms above. Our room was listed as city view but was an interior room with only view of courtyard restaurant.

Wonderful hotel.
From check in to check out I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the room was beautiful, large bathroom with bath, and the room was very quiet, the area is perfect, as I know the area I wanted to stay central and this is as central as you can get and because it's set back from the main square (plaza nueva) there is no noise from bars or people. There was one very big problem, they didn't have an iron, I don't know how they can expect people to go out in un ironed clothes I do not know. After I demanded them to get an iron they said they would borrow one from another hotel. It's not like an iron and ironing board is expensive.

Comfy Stay
Nice small hotel with friendly staff. Abit different to find as it is located in narrow tiny street. However very close to Alhambra. We were guided to a near by car park which costed 20 euro for 24 hrs. The Toilet and shower was also very good. I would recommend this hotel for one or two day stay.
