Upon check in, the agent totally ignored me for more than 5 minutes while she gave directions to other guests. She could have acknowledged me and said I will be with you in a moment, it was the guest who we will let you take care of her. Also, there was no parking available in the hotel and sent us to a parking lot near by and she neglected to tell us that upon leaving that parking garage we needed to pay with the attendants not on the machines which we did and got charged doubled the amount we were told it would cost. We asked the man at the desk next morning what happened and he say you should have paid the attendants and not at the machine. In any case after letting him know that we were not advised to do that, and that we would not pay the hotel for the second nights parking, reluctantly he agreed. The AC in the room did not work, we reported it, someone was supposed to have it checked, we don’t believe anything was done.
On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff that works in the dining room were very nice.
