Great stay for a show or game

The hotel is in a great spot. We were going to a concert at the stadium so we were in walking distance, they offered valet service and everyone working asked us how the show was. Staff was very friendly.

Worth a trip to stay for

Amazing stay for our honeymoon. The concierge even sent up a bottle of champagne once they learned. The restaurant is top notch and the rooftop bar is immaculate. Our room was cleans and breathtaking.

Did a staycation for a few Mariners games. Was a really nicely new renovated hotel. All the room amenities were very upscale. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower/towels were great! Definitely be back.

6/10 Good

Brought in a colleague from the EU to stay here. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Hours were limited for the bar and breakfast offering very much oriented toward a more casual pace and not a corporate stay. Issues also existed with the hotels that did not function properly and were down in the morning as well as issues with the Valet.

8/10 Very good

It’s alright beautiful but lacking

The overall property was nice beautiful hotel and the athletics very trend. The rooms are new and the bed was comfortable for me. It had all new carpet and furnishings in great condition. A bit on the small side in square footage. I was bummed that there wasn’t room service, no concierge services to help us with our trip in asking for food spots, things to do or basic info about train and airport questions. The provided coffee in the morning wasn’t available thank goodness for a management team member he tried his best to figure out how to make the pot kudos to him. And there were no bedroom slippers :( even my room key didn’t work! I asked the staff to help and her key wasn’t working either so I had to wake up my husband from sleep to let me in. All in all I odds are we won’t or may not return. I wanted more amenities to feel like I’m on vacation not at home on a note if no room service than restaurants should stay open later

8/10 Very good

Perfect for events at the stadiums

We recently stayed here for a concert at T-Mobile Park, and the location couldn't have been more perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the venue, which made the whole experience super convenient! The hotel itself was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable—probably some of the best sleep we've had in a hotel. We also really appreciated the free coffee for guests. Unfortunately, the espresso machine stopped working after the first night, which was a bit of a letdown, but at least regular coffee was still available. The front desk staff were all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made check-in and any questions during our stay really easy. One of the two women working the on-site coffee shop was especially friendly and helpful, but the other... not so much. The only downside was the lack of nearby options for a quick snack or drink. Fat Shack was basically the only place open late, and with the concert crowd, the wait was pretty long. There also wasn’t anywhere nearby to grab something simple like a bottle of water or soda, and the hotel didn’t have any vending machines either, which was surprising. Overall, though, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again for any future events in the area.
