Sorrento is not a huge town, but there are dozens of hotels. Staying right in the heart of the old city was so convenient. It can get noisy at times, but the location made all the difference for us. The ocean view is just down the street. The staff are more than accommodating. Always ready to help with bags or answer a question. Highly recommended.

Hotel is on a busy walking street so the location was great. When you get there you need to go up the stairs to find the place. Staff was fine, breakfast was ok but you can easily eat other places nearby. Felt safe. Sheets were stained but clean. Overall ok for the $$.

Right from even before we checked in, the concierge reached out to check on our arrival time and when we were delayed for many hours, they accommodated our check in time and kept in communication.
