2/10 Poor

Dirty and noisy room with no air ventilation.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Do not rent.

This is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. My mom booked it before i could read the reviews. Even after reading the reviews it was wost than i imagined. Also pay attention to the price, we were charged 600 +, and the room was 2 doubles not to queens + a single. There is street parking (very narrow on busy street). I wonder if this place would even pass an inspection.

Awful horrible terrible

Left stranded, no communication, no where to stay after reservation was made two weeks earlier. Standing outside rats were seen running 10 feet away. Unsafe neighborhood. Horrible experience

Terrible experience

Did not get check-in details until well after check-in time, and when I got there, they put me in a 1-person room despite me booking for 2. They did not answer when I tried to have this fixed and I wound up having to go elsewhere. Avoid!

This place was not as advertised. The door lock code provided was incorrect and required virtual assistance. Place has no soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms. AC unit in room was on the floor when I arrived and required me to sketchily mount it into the window. The place feels like a drug den. Kitchen has no cleaning products. Towels are in a large bin in the kitchen precariously stacked so it is very hard to access. Door locks don’t feel overly secure. My experience in this place was so bad I left a night early and rebooked a new place. I got terrible sleep on an uncomfy barely an excuse for a bed and left as soon as I could. Listing does not advertise that it had a total lack of any amenities (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc…) I’d give -1 stars if I could. This establishment should not be eligible for public listing and rental

The rooms are nothing like the photo they have on the app, the sheets covers was dirty the floors as well no towels,no essential at all no toilet paper very disgusted a nasty place to stay this people's rent the rooms and dont change blankets or clean the areas. The window have no screens its a very loud area a totally failure will never ever recommend this place and $145 wasted in a trashy place.

Unclean rooms and overbooked

Was given a room that was already occupied, then moved to a room that had trash and old food and dirty bed sheets. Then moved a mile away to another room which was also dirty but at least had clean bed linens. No pillows.
