Ronebhal B&B is well-placed near to Oban and has parking on-site. We only stayed one night, but had a really excellent experience. We were in the family room on the ground floor which was really spacious and full of lovely touches. It also has a great view over the road to the water, We were needing to be up super-early for a ferry, but Nicola gave us a generous basket of breakfast goods to take with us in the car which we very much appreciated. We travel to Scotland and the islands frequently and we'll no doubt stay again - hopefully for a little longer next time though!

Amazingly nice place with a fantastic view over the bay. Very comfortable beds, impeccably clean and beautiful rooms. Modern bathroom; it all felt new and luxurious with good taste. Really friendly hosts - a young family. 30 second walk to a nice pub with good food.

This was an excellent place to stay. All amenities within the room were first class with so many surprising little extras like a tiny fridge with real milk in it, a coffee maker, cans of soft drink, chocolate biscuits and even some whisky. The bed was firm but not hard. Attention to detail was exceptional.

Wonderful place to stay. We had 2 rooms adjoining, with a gorgeous view of the water. Hosts were so helpful and friendly, both in answering questions before we even got there, as well as being on hand while we were staying. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the small personal touches (breakfast snacks, water in the fridge, chocolates on the pillows) were wonderful. They were also helpful with booking breakfast for us at the pub just down the street. Highly recommend; would happily stay there anytime we go back.

We wanted to book a couple nights in a B & B near Oban, Scotland. Stumbled upon this outstanding gem, The Ronebhal, in Connel. Large guest rooms with en suite. Gorgeous views, loads of amenities (robes, slippers, hairdryer, just to mention a few, but there were more!) little touches you won’t find anywhere else. Lovely owner, Nicola, was available for a chat, answer questions or directions. Enjoyed a relaxing bath in the large freestanding bathtub with views of sailboats outside the window. Roomy shower with great water pressure. Highly recommend, stay two nights, one is not enough!

Beautiful room, tremendous view, lots of little touches, e.g. binoculars on the window ledge, dressing gown and slippers, a dram left on the window ledge, a proper bottle of milk left in the fridge, a wee bottle of irn bru, energy bars….. and the list goes on! So very thoughtful. We had the opportunity to speak to both Peter and Nicola and they were genuinely interested in us having a great time, which we did. Must be one of the best guest houses in Scotland, and we’ve visited loads of them. Top notch.

Our stay at the Ronebhal B&B was perfect. The room was very spacious with great views over the water. The bed was very comfortable and the options of pillows and blankets were a great touch. There was an extensive range of snacks and beverages available and the complimentary fudge and whisky was an added bonus. The bathroom was superb with a lovely large bath and modern shower with two different shower heads. Breakfast was very generous with toast, beautiful fresh fruit, yougurts, cereals, OJ and pastries. We couldn't recommend Ronebahl B&B more highly

Easy Saturday morning after a good sleep

We had the family room, situated at the front overlooking the bay of Connel and the highland hills in the background. We had summer weather, what helpt making it fantastic. It's a fine B&B, caring owners of an old building that's well maintained. The frond road can be busy during the day, we had all 3 windows open all night and it was quiet, we had a good sleep. The bathroom is amazing. If we drive up to Scotland we will again considering stopping over maybe for an extra night to visit also the sea-wildlive- centre
