Perfect location, right in the middle of everything. Staff was very friendly, courteous and welcoming. The room was incredibly small, with no room to walk around the bed, no tables or dressers other than a small table for the coffee maker, no storage, a tiny mini fridge under the bed. The bathroom has one small ledge for toiletries, and the sink fixtures are not conducive to brushing teeth, shaving, washing your face because the faucet obstructs the sink. The shower was wonderful. The room is very quiet, despite the hotel's size and location.

Lou was amazing and very helpful. With a multitude of delays and flight cancellations, he made sure I got a timely ride to the airport. Fantastic service. I would absolutely stay here again.

I don’t normally stay in Times Square and didn’t know what to expect. The room was tiny but clean and comfortable and had what I needed to get good rest. I really appreciate there was a fan in the bathroom which means no mildew smells and good ventilation.

Great stay overall in a convenient location for Broadway. Our cutlery we brought with us disappeared after our room was cleaned (maybe thrown away), and we also had to call for housekeeping as it wasn't done by 15:00. Apart from that,. everything went smoothly.

The room with the balcony is outstanding!! The rooftop bar is also very enjoyable and relaxing. The staff was helpful with everything we asked of them, and the location is right in the heart of the Times Square/Broadway area. Very walkable.

Staff was great. Helpful and professional. Shower was ok. The drain was slow and clogged so there was a a puddle of water on your feet while you shower.

8/10 Very good

Excellent location. Nice place. Ridiculously tiny. I mean soooo tiny. Noticeably smaller than a cruise ship cabin. Also, perhaps I am just not used to the way some elevator systems work, but they were too slow, too small, and the system was not intuitive…plus no one gave us a real “how-to” when we checked in. But old building, big city…I probably should expect that some. Otherwise, no real complaints.

It was nice, clean, and felt safe. While the rooms are small (only to be expected in the area, of course), they were efficiently appointed which made it a comfortable stay for our family of 3.

The room is very clean. But the ladder for bunk bed is too small and very high. The air conditioning is perfect. The staff are very helpful.
