When arriving at the hotel, we had to wait at least 15 minutes untill somebody showed up to check us in, there is a buzzer one can use but it was completely ignored by the staff. We booked a double room but there was only 1 towel. Once again there was nodoby at the reception desk to ask for more towels so we left a note. The next morning we wanted to eat breakfast at the hotel, we booked a room without it so we needed to pay for it of course but the lady working at that time did everything in her power to NOT assist so we left, i wonder if she ever heard of the word service minded. I would strongly recommended to book another hotel

Das Hotel ist unterbesetzt, sodass die Angestellten mehrere Jobs machen müssen. Zimmer waren sauber, aber zu vergleich zu anderen Premier Inns nicht so sauber. Die Klimaanlage bzw. Heizanlage sollte gereinigt werden. Beim betreteten des Zimmers waren zwei Deckenplatten lose. Das Wasser hätte wärmer sein können. Die Lage ist gut und in der nähe gibt es viele Essensmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte. Zu Fuß kann man auch schnell die Altstadt erreichen. ich gebe dem Hotel persönlich 3 von 5 Sternen, da ich "saubere" Premiere Inns kennen.
