Really lovely stay here. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. This hotel has everything-convenient for walking round Valencia, comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms and the breakfast was very nice. Thoroughly recommend staying here and we will certainly stay here again when we return to Valencia.

Great stay
Check in experience was great, very friendly and well explained. The room was cosy with a generous bathroom through a secret stair. Nice and clean. Restored historical building and just next to the Cebresl market. Overall excellent

This 19th century property has been beautifully updated and has loads of character! The staff were amazing and very helpful! The breakfast was a quality, delicious continental breakfast. The parking was not super easy but it is just outside the front doors to the hotel and the staff are super helpful to walk you through the process... special thanks to Chris & Meri (the best parking guides).

So many stairs. Even stairs to go to the bathroom in your room. No hot water in the shower. No breakfast, only coffee that was out of water on the first day And 1 pod on the second day. Attentive and knowledgeable staff but that was the only positive part of our stay. Smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

This charming hotel is located right in the heart of old town which is the most walkable part of the city filled to the brim with shops and markets and restaurants. It’s a beautiful manor-converted hotel with each room being uniquely designed. Staff are attentive and friendly. Highly recommended. Not easy to park and cars can’t be within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Old Town Valencia is nearly car-free with a couple of exceptions for avenues with taxis and buses. Its worth the walk!

Lots of noise from next door building til midnight on my first night. Sounds of plumbing from other rooms. V little sleep.
No immediate solution offered by staff and I could not face another night there without knowing there would be improvement. Changed hotel as v important for me to be able to sleep and relax. Management refused to consider a refund so I’m seriously out of pocket.
The hotel IS in a good central position. However so are other hotels which manage soundproofing properly.

Väldigt konstiga rum med toalett en trappa ner som dessutom var farlig att gå i. Det utlovades parkering men det fanns ingen utan vi fick parkera en kvarts promenad från hotellet. Dåligt skyltat där vi knappt hittade fram. Inget fönster på rummet.

Hotellet ligger virkelig centralt og er indrettet i en spændende, gammel ejendom. Mit værelse var skønt med stort badeværelse ved indgangsdøren og soveafdeling ovenpå - og med store bjælker i loftet. Personalet var meget venlige og servicemindede - og talte fint engelsk. Hotellet kan virkelig anbefales.
