The place and location were good but no parking options other than the street parking from 6pm until 7am on weekdays if you’re lucky enough to get closer to the room. Next door neighbours were all out loud though out the night and screaming and yelling at each other. Place was neat and clean. If you’re travelling for business or work, you should avoid this place. If you are travelling for fun and parties, the place may be more suitable.

I had a great stay overall. The cleanliness was top-notch—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and taken care of, which made a big difference. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and access everything I needed. The contactless check-in process wasn’t perfect, and I did run into a couple of small issues. That said, it was still handled quickly, so it didn’t end up being a major inconvenience. The only downside was the lack of breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, I’d definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay! The only thing I was unaware is my room was over their cool bar. It was something I wish I had known as this was not a leisure trip, and it was hard to do work when so many people were having a blast. I could cover it up with the TV for the most part or sleep, but wish I had known. Everything else was amazing. Also, the pillows need to go. I do not know what they are made from, but were terrible.

This is a very difficult place to stay if you have luggage. It’s on the second floor. You have to carry all your stuff up. There is no parking our room had a Murphy’s bed and the bathroom and shower was despicable.

Amazing chunk of Louisville buzzing right out the front door of this unique and charming hotel! Communications were abundant and precise with the host of this hotel (owner maybe) and incredibly helpful and prompt. Artwork was amazing (I’d love to know the artists name) and the room was well equipped and ample for my family of four (including 2 teenagers) and allowed for cooking and preparing meals, with the privacy of a bedroom and bathroom separate from the main studio space. The room was clean and the water pressure was fabulous. No notes! Stay here… you won’t regret it
