The hotel is been renovating. Start early in the morning, no time to rest after 9 am. The rest of the hotel is decent.

Very basic and in need of maintenance

Let’s start with the good things: the staff is nice, quite helpful, and the beds are comfortable. However, the hotel is very dysfunctional: From very small doors in the hallway to micro sized elevators, it seems that no one thought about the fact that people bring luggage when they are traveling. The rooms are very basic, dated, and in clear need of maintenance. Wifi is incredibly slow. The showers take forever to heat up the water, resulting in a lot of water waste. For that price tag, you can get way better options in the city.

Excelente opção na região central de Florianopolis. Hotel antigo que foi repaginado pela rede intercity. Estão em fase de repaginação. Ficamos em um quarto reformado - excelente. Café da manhã justo. Equipe muito educada. Vi algumas queixas em avaliações da equipe (Que acabaram rebaixando as notas dadas). Se você quer ficar próximo ao centro essa é uma excelente opção. Solicite ficar em um quarto reformado - optamos pela opção Luxo superior casal que era cerca de 10% mais caro e o quarto era excelente. Recomendo
