Not worth it

The bed was very Comfortable, but the bathroom was not so nice. When you shower, the water will get all over the floor, on the toilet, and the door. There were more places with mold in the corners, because of that bathing solution!

Could not even check in & never got into the room

Booked, payed and got four mails. Downloaded the app to check in. But phonenumber was rejected by the app None of the codes and numbers worked. And noone answered the phoned where customers can call for help. Could not check in and never got into the room. Ended up catching a night train home and had to cancel the programe in Copehagen for the next day

Good luck if there is a fire

There was a power outage lasting 14 hours from around midnight. Not even emergency exit signs were lit. Emergency exit staircase used as storage for linen lamps etc.

Loved the location, very central and easy to walk around with cafes and stores nearby. When we walked in the room smelled of cigarettes which took hours and leaving the window open in the middle of January to get the smell somewhat out. I tried contacting through the AeroGuest app but nobody ever responded to my messages and there was never anyone at reception to talk to about this. Apart from that the stay was great.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I did not receive any confirmation code which was communicated. No reception or place to put your luggage when you wait for check in, so I had to walk all over the city with my luggage. You could call a number, but dont expect good service. The room was extremely dirty. The bathroom had toothpaste marks all over and black mold in the shower. I found a used condom under the bed, lots of plastic from candy and the disgusting carpet could not have been cleaned for a while. I called the hotel to get them to clean it but that did not happen. I had booked two nights on separate reservations, but the person i called could not help me on merging them, so I had to check out at 11 and check in again at 14. Again I had to walk around town with my luggage. I got the same room as I had previously...

Don't stay here!

Very expensive in relation to the standard, which was very poor. Plastic carpet in the bathroom, which was old and ugly. One of the bedside lamps could not be used since there was no outlet by the bed, a sportlight in the bathroom was hanging from the roof in the electric cable, the temperature of the water in the shower could not be controlled, and the sound went straight through the walls. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.

Never visiting again

Couldn't check in on the app. Customer service told me not to worry as I would be let in when pressing the buzzer at the entrance, after which I was supposed to be able to check in on an iPad in the reception. However, when I arrived there was noone to let me in when pressing the buzzer - and no one picked up the phone when I called customer service. Luckily, another person who stayed at the hotel let me in. Otherwise I would have had to find another hotel late in the evening. In terms of the room itself: - extreme noise from the street. - very few outlets for charging. One was partly hid behind a closet and it would break your adapter when you opened the door to the closet. - no place to hang your used towels. All four available towels were kept on the single shelve available. - no glass for drinking tap water. Had to drink straight from the (dirty) tap which hardly had enough pressure to provide any water at all. - no iron or ironing board in the room nor the reception (and no one to ask) How this place ever received a 3-star rating is beyond me. Never visiting again

The location of the hotel was perfect. However, nobody was at the reception and the check in/ check out have to be done by yoursef. It is necessary to download an app to do it before arrival. In our case, this was a weak point because we were considering leaving our luggage at the reception the last day but it was not possible. I tried to contact someone through the chat of the app but nobody answered. The bathroom was too small. And the last day we found our room open and with the lights turned on. It seems the cleaning service did not close properly the door. All our goods were inside but this situation should not occur.

Very basic hotel at low peice. Could use some renovation but cleanliness was okay and servive friendly. Great central location for exploring Copenhagen.

On arrival the room was very basic. TV did not work. No mention of not having a lift. Stairs are uneven and not level. Beds old and dirty. No mattress protectors on the beds. Shower in the bathroom which was tiny. As a room to stay it was adequate for the money but it was to sleep in only. This was a room not a hotel to be used as a base. On checkout, the app would not work. Tried calling the help number but no answer.

It did the job, but could have been better. The location was quite good for my needs - probably the best thing about this hotel. There were no staff anywhere to be found for my entire stay. I knew there would be no lift at this hotel, but the stairs are very steep and narrow. The room itself was OK, but some of the snacks in the snack tray (kind of like a minibar) were a few months out of date. I can see how some people might assume the snacks and drinks are complimentary - they are NOT, but there is nothing in the room itself to inform you of the costs. The carpets were fraying a bit, the faux leather on the bed base was ripped in one spot and the bedsheet was not big enough for the size of the mattress. Despite this, I had a comfortable sleep. I was on the top floor, so it was pretty quiet, but there is a club right opposite the entrance and it was very noisy until about midnight from that. Lots of churches in the area, so be prepared for the bells to wake you at 8am. You need to register in an app to get your electronic "room key" and a 500DKK refundable deposit is taken. This hotel took the deposit on my card twice and have only refunded one! There is no one to contact about this and all emails and messages keep being ignored!
