This is the place to stay if you are going to the Royal Arena. Easy access to the airport and into the heart of Copenhagen. Public transportation just steps away and Royal Arena is next door. Couldn't be more convenient.

Great value and good location
Great value for money hotel, good location for trains and metro into Copenhagen or to the airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Only real criticism is maybe provide a set of drawers to put clothes away.. Would be useful to have kettle and tea/ coffee in rooms . Only gripe was there was no mention that the bar is closed when a concert on at nearby venue so couldn’t get any sort of warm drink after coming back to hotel on a freezing night but in general, a pleasant stay and definitely will use again 👍

Very disappointing. Breakfast is overpriced and consists of hard boiled egg, pancake and cheese and bread. Beds are think and uncomfortable. And staff were unpleasant - my autistic son got sick and we needed clean sheets and it would take hours; and they would leave the dirty sheets in the room.

The hotel is fairly close to Ørestad station which is about 12 minutes from the airport and about 7 minutes from Copenhagen Central by train. I didn't use the Metro at all because the train was more convenient. During my visit, the footpath outside the hotel was being reconstructed so there was no access, to the hotel from the main road. I discovered that I had to go around the outside of the adjacent Burger King to get to the hotel entrance. I didn't see any signs for this route. The check in is by a touchscreen where you have to enter yourr details including home address, passport number, car reg if relevant and phone number. Then you have to encode a keycard. It's easy but staff are nearby if help is needed. The gound floor room (015) I was in had a wall which had a wall that was not finished - bare concrete - so it looked a bit unsightly. There were no units so no shelves or drawers to put clothes on or in though there was a rail with 4 or 5 hangers. The room had a table and chair but the table was fixed to the concrete wall and lay across the window outside of which were a bicycle rack and the door to the recycling station for a large block of flats. The shower had good water pressure. The gym wasn't mentioned on Hotels.com as being shut when I booked a non-refundable room several weeks before my visit and then I discovered on the Zleep website that it was shut. I checked with the hotel and the gym would still be shut for my stay (18th-25th September 2022).
