The hotel is nice, clean rooms comfortable bed. Close to airport. I stayed in room 504 .it was so noisy you can hear people above moving a table. People talking waiting for elevator. It is not a good long stay hotel, since sleeping in noise is hard. They do have free breakfast and suttle to airport

Queda qualidade atendimento e serviços.

Tive problemas com o quarto barulhento no 5 andar, solicitei troca desde o dia em que cheguei e não fui atendida. No terceiro dia saí cedo para trabalhar e quando retornei às 19:30h o quarto estava sem limpeza e arrumação. Por dois dias desci para o café às 09:30h já não havia quase nada e as 09:45h eles começaram a recolher o café. Todos o meses viajo a Vitória e fico no Quality, tenho percebido altas tarifas, qualidade no atendimento e serviço, muito ruim. O café da manhã também piorou muito.
