I am sorry to say, but this bnb did not make my expectations at all. I never write bad reviews, but I don't understand why NaCasa has 7.4 rating. The only good thing about it that the room was clean and the stuff was trying to be helpful, which is not easy when all communication is happening via WhatsApp. It's extremely difficult to check in through a series of codes. The lobby of the building is dirty and dilapidated, and contained a homeless person sleeping on the floor on the day I was leaving. The instructions of how to access the property is difficult to follow, and given the overall dogginess of the area not pleasant. I only give it 2 starts because the room was clean, and stuff was trying, but not very well succeeding to help via WhatsApp. There is also a good restaurant around the corner, which was a plus. Definitely not 7.4 stars.
