Solo fue una parada para salir temprano. Lizeth en recepción muy servicial. Nunca me habían dejado botes con basura de huésped previo y tapete tirado (no sé si usado). Por el precio estuvo 4*, pero me bañé con agua casi fría. El desayuno café y jugo de cajita con una porción de huevo al gusto y bolillo. Buena opción para noche rápida, sin ser exigente. Ropa de cama y colchón limpio así como pisos, toallas y baño.

Experiencia de viaje de negocios
Mi estancia fue por trabajo y tengo varios aspectos que comentar: 1. Amabilidad en general del personal fue excelente 2. Cuidado y mantenimiento de áreas de servicios es algo que podrían mejorar ya se desmerece haciendo ver viejo y descuidado el hotel cuando no es así (áreas comunes de servicios con paredes sucias despintadas etc) 3. Inesperado el anticipo de 500 pesos por desperfectos, entiendo el punto sin embargo algunos compañeros se hospedaron ahí y no fue requerido ese pago que si bien te lo regresan no fui avisada en la reservación y mi experiencia en el hotel ya no fue igual. 4. El estacionamiento es pequeño y no tiene acceso por elevador o rampas lo que genera no tengas opción de bajar todas tus pertencias y el valet no ayuda a subir las que te falten ni tienen carritos Aux. En general estuvo bien ojalá sea superior en la siguiente visita.

El Hotel está en buenas condiciones, limpio y la señorita que nos atendió muy amable. El único punto que estuvo mal, metí el coche en el estacionamiento sótano 2. No hay elevador y fue pesado llevar las maletas.Ya desde el lobo si hay elevador a cuartos. Pero, si fue pesado( soy discapacitado)

la entrada era a las 3 considero que era muy tarde, el estacionamiento es independiente y el acceso esta abandonado, y la llave se desprogramaba y la caja de seguridad no funcionaba, el hotel en general muy descuidado. la atención es buena y la comida rica.
