Mostly good, the staff are really kind gave a free upgrade, room was clean and pleasant to be in amenities were great free wifi free tea, coffee and hot chocolates. Greeted by lovely, welcoming staff. Place was fine and quiet - stayed in bottom room. The room had a bit of damage - sat on dining room chair andit was very wobbly - lucky I didn't actually break it and bit of a hole in bathroom door. The outside / roadside of the property just had rubbish that looked as if it had been there for a while but grounds inside were well kept.

Quiet room away from traffic noise. Blinds over kitchen window & vents in bathroom full of dust & need a good clean. Matress on double bed needs replacing felt like i was falling onto the floor A number of cigarette burns in bedroom curtains made the room look untidy (unit was non smoking) No contact wuth management after collecting room key & appeared to be no way to contact them if needed in emergency. Ok as a last resort but would not be my first choice to stay
