DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. IT IS A BROTHEL
THERE ARE FEMALE HOOKERS IN THE LOBBY AND CLIENTS COMING AND GOING. THE PLACE STINKS REALLY BAD. MY FIANCÉE WAS WHISTLED AT FROM A HOTEL WINDOW WHEN WE WERE GETTING OUT OF THE CAR WITH OUR BAGS ! As soon as we went in the hotel lobby we could see youths looking in our car windows in the car park. A blonde Eastern European lady asked me who I had booked to see ! We were so tired after driving from Manchester UK to Paris that we thought we would bear it so we could shower and get some rest, However we could not open the door to our room, there was a code/keypad for entry but the code we were given would not work. I went back to reception and rang the bell, no one came ! I kept ringing the bell for 20 minutes and no one came. All the time I was waiting in reception clients were being met by lady's at the door, Youths were running rampant outside and my fiancée who was upstairs waiting at the door was approached by a male. She came running down the stairs with our suit case and we left the hotel immediately. We then had to drive to our hotel in Valencia, my total drive without sleep was from Manchester to Valencia because our planned stop off was a complete Poohole. We didn't even want to leave our car in the car park. When the refuge camp in Calai was emptied I think they all ended up at this hotel and the industrial estate this hotel is located in.

Good value for your money if you're on a budget
This was the second of two Lemon hotels, and by far the nicest, really nice and clean and well presented and smelt pleasant.

Small rooms, no air conditioning, poor area.
Friendly staff, room was clean and functional, but very small. Triple room had a double bed with a small single bunk on top! Hotel is not easy to find and although it backs onto Rue De La Fosse Montalblot, it's entrance is actually on Rue de la Longueraie, in a commercial area on the edge of a residental area, so does have some traffic and local noise - especially with the window open, which you will need in summer, as there is no air conditioning and rooms are very hot. Good value for money though if you are on a tight budget.

A rather run-down hotel - really a 3rd class version of Formula 1 Hotels.

Really out of the way!
All I can say was that It was worth the money we paid for it. It is very far out of the way, it is about an 30 min walk to the nearest train station. Doesn't seem like much but with suitcases it takes longer. The money we saved by going here ended up going to pay for the train trips to get into the city and back. The room itself wasn't bad, but no air-conditioning.

Hotel close to Paris
First of all please note that the showers and toilets are shared - they're on the hallway (they're clean though and you have a sink in the room). Please note that you need a car to get there. Very close to Paris. Good choice for a 1 night stay.

Very Pleasant Stay
Although the hotel itself was hard to locate, our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and nice. Our room was very clean and even smelled of lemons! The shower unit was odd, and the drying system didn't work in any of the showers on our level. But we felt safe, and we felt that we got our money's worth.

good rest
I just needed a place to stay before my flight out of CDG. It was perfectly as far as price goes. The bed was comfortable and it was reaaly clean. The only problems were that the internet didn't work for me, and there was only one plug in the room, and I has to unplug the TV. The area didn't bother me because I was only there for one night and I had a car. But the staff was helpful and I think it would have been a good place to stay again.

Don't bother.
I booked this hotel because of economy but you definitely get what you pay for with this one. It is far from Paris center not close at all like it stated. Staff is rude. Rooms are very stuffy and do not come with their own restroom it's shared. The rooms were not ready at check in we had to come back after an 1 1/2 and were told it would only be 10 mins & we waited another hour before it's ready. We only got 1 towel where there were 3 of us and you must pay for breakfast it us not included. The address was confusing too, and the neighborhood is very sketchy as we'll save yourself yet grief & look elsewhere.

Better than expected
This was a bit of a risk as the previous stay in a Lemon Hotel was fairly terrible. I wanted somewhere with parking, close to Paris, near a Railway Station, etc, for a week, as prices nearer to the City are exorbitant and parking is nigh on impossible (especially with a vehicle 2.15 m high). So this place suited on paper. In practice it was not bad. The area is a mixture of industrial/commercial/retail, pretty uninspiring, and the Town is typical outer Paris banlieue. Nothing much to write home about. But there's a bus to the station, its 25 minutes tops to the Gare de Lyon, the room was OK, the showers and loos in the hallway worked, it was fairly quiet all of the time, there is a fridge in the room, the WiFi was OK most of the time, so overall not a bad experience at all. The shortcomings were frankly few; the blind did not work in my room, I managed to jury-rig it to work. The WiFi was not connecting in the room for the first couple of days, but worked in the corridor, etc. Small issues. The big question is: what do you expect for 28 Euros a night this close to Paris ? Answer: not a lot, which is why this place gets a 4/5. It delivered a lot better than expected.

6/10 Good

Hotel is good for the stay but inside room for 3 people is quiet small . We have requested the reception to give us big room on extra charge but nothing was available . I can say the hotel is good for short stay with economy . Recommend for 1 or 2 person definately no for family as the wash rooms are out side and during night time , it's quiet difficult to go out

Homeless housing
Unless you have car do not stay. Only bus from train every 2hr stopping service. @ 7pm and no service sat or sun. Walk is 4 km through dangerous neighborhoods. This motel is horrible,do not use linens crusted with who know what. More like a rent by hour motel.
