Disappointed paying so much for terrace at 6th floor. Check in was made to wait for 2 hours plus upon registered despite i was told to wait for one hours Room door locking chain detached and unable to lock from inside. Heavy rain leaks thru the room door as the roof above was leaking. Bath tub unable to drain water as the turning knob to the valve was detached. Overall experience was bad.

5th time staying. But seems to be better now with new management. Gd service and and food. This hotel is above the rest because of serenity, class and amenities ie restaurants and local shopping. Nice and comfortable hotel
The bed is very comfortable. I can fall asleep within 10 mins. The pillow is nice and comfortable too. The buffet breakfast have a wide spread and many types of foods to eat. It’s also have many types of fruits juices to drink too. I will definitely stay again at this hotel at JB.
