I check in on the afternoon of 8/1/24 with my family and my pet dog, I knew they have a pet fee and incidental deposit which I don’t mind since it’s my second time to stay here. I walk my dog almost the whole day of 8/1 and 8/2 back and forth in the lobby everything is normal. On 8/2 around 11:20pm the Asian guy receptionist stop us in the lobby asking and yelling at us what we’re doing in the hotel, I felt so horrible that he thinks I’m squatting with my family in the lobby. I showed him my room keys and my name and told him my room number, and ask him why all of a sudden he stop my family only, while the other guests and their dogs before and behind us at that time can come and go freely he never stop them. This is discrimination and I don’t tolerate it. He never apologize, I ask for the manager business card he said they don’t have a manager, a new manager will come on Monday . I felt so ashamed and discriminated on how the Asian guy treated us.
