Service was great and they let us store our bags very early before check in. Once we arrived they brought all of our luggage direct to the room. Beautiful boutique hotel, within easy walking distance of St.Mark’s square and everything else. Booked a superior room and was delighted to receive an upgrade to Room 123, which was lovely and had a private garden terrace to sit out in the sunshine.
