Two friends stayed in two single rooms,the rooms were very comfortable,clean,plenty goodies,sea views amazing. The staff were most helpful. Breakfast was first class. The addition of car parking at the back of the hotel was definitely a bonus. We hope to return soon. Thanks.

The hotel is in a great position on the seafront.Their carpark doesn't have a lot of spaces so we didn't use our car during our stay and kept our place.The parking on the main road after 10am was nearly impossible and costs £8 a day.We had a lovely sea view room that was lovely, modern and cleaned everyday.The breakfast was nice with hot food ,cold meats , yogurts tinned fruit and fresh fruit. It was the same food every day but plenty of it.It was good for a three star hotel .The staff constantly filled everything up.The staff were very nice and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely go there again

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean if a little small. The shower was tiny though. It's great that they cater for dogs, even letting us have breakfast in the bar so as not to leave the dog alone in the room. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay.Hotel on the Promenade and handy to shops and facilities as well as the Pier etc. Room good and recently refurbished. Other comments also say rooms adequate size and bathroom compact but fine. Plenty of teas and coffees in room which is great. Car park fine at back and no extra charge. Breakfast was brilliant with hot English breakfast buffet and lots of choice of cereals, fruit, cheese, ham, pastries which we were very impressed with. Staff all helpful. Yes definitely recommend and stay again!

Great service from the team throughout our stay. Really helpful. Great sea view from our second floor room. Limited parking to the rear but always found a space out the front. Good sized room, plenty of wardrobe and draw space, bathroom could do with updating (loose floor tiles and rusty radiator) and cleaning could be better. Location was perfect.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast—it was excellent, with a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. The parking facilities were also really good and very convenient. The only area that could be improved is the room cleaning. The room wasn’t as clean as we had expected when we arrived. Even after requesting housekeeping again, the room wasn’t vacuumed, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, everything else was great. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. We would consider staying here again.
