This boutique hotel is amazing. Romona such a gracious host who took care of every request I made. She seamlessly took care of airport transfers, meeting me outside of the Pile Gate both on arrival and walking me to meet the car upon departure. Cosy room, right in the heart of the old city.
Great location in the heart of the old city. A small space, befitting the style and location of the facility. But it was so handy, to spend a morning exploring the city in the heat, and then to pop back to the room to freshen up and rest for the next part of the day. Very few places of this standard so close to the action! Ramona was terrific, making checkin easy and responding to queries. Very helpful with great tips on getting the best value for our stay.

Romana is a wonderful host, so helpful and made our stay easy with great local tips, transfers and recommendations. Aircon was awesome and the rooms (we booked 4 for our family) were all super clean, very comfortable and good size. Great location on the flat section in Old Town so didn’t have to worry about steps through town as there are a lot! FYI: there are steps in the apartment building to each level. The in house laundry service was also handy and highly recommend. Romana and her team are fantastic and we highly recommend staying here.
