Staff are superheros but can’t fix everything
The staff was among the best I have ever seen at a hotel. They take very good of their customers. However, they cannot fix everything. The noise from the school will wake you up in the morning and the nightclub out back will keep you up till 3 am. Beyond this, there are an insane amount of mosquitos in the room and the water for the shower either burns you or freezes you with no inbetween. Decent for the price but happy to go

I recently stayed at the Golden Butterfly for six nights. The hotel is very well located in a quiet area but only a few minutes from riverside and pub street. The rooms, while simply appointed, are clean and comfortable. But what really makes this hotel special is the warm welcome and the smiling and friendly service provided by Mr Chen and his whole team.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff are amazing! Navin and all the people at the front desk are so professional and caring. They gave me so much attention and such a personal experience. They are the friendliest hotel staff I have ever met. They are so helpful, and the facilities are great. I can recommend this place to anyone.
