Rude management
The manager was very rude and unprofessional. I booked the room through hotels.com for an employee. Despite that, the hotel also charged my employee’s personal card for 2 nights. Not to mention their phone system was down so my calls went unanswered. I eventually had to have my employee go to the front desk and hand the manager his cell phone. The manager Nicole refused to refund the double charge. I was talked down to and treated like we were in the wrong. Very unethical. I had to email the regional manager to get it taken care of. In my 20 years of traveling for business I’ve never experienced such incompetence.

Go across the street to Hampton.
Stay was standard, what's expected at these type of hotels. The only thing I had issues with was with customer service or shall I say lack of. There was always a wait for someone to be at the front desk, housekeeping personnel tended to me half the time at the desk as they were cleaning. When I needed to speak to a manager, they were never to be found and when I finally spoke to her, she was very rude.
