Confusing check-in with 2 properties called the same name at 2 different locations. Some guests went to wrong accommodation not just in our group

Very comfortable well appointed place. Lovely verandah for breakfast. Only drawback was extra cost for wifi, otherwise we would have stayed longer.

Gorgeous surroundings, check in instructions were clear but impersonal. Bed was comfy and shower has great water pressure. There was a rising damp smell in our room unfortunately - possibly due to the amount of rain the area has had lately, but could do with a good airing/drying out. Shared kitchen facilities were good and well organised.

Our 3 day stay cost $540 and ultimately we were living in a "teenagers retreat" under the main house. The guests upstairs were ridiculously noisy and the "apartment" didn't even come with air-conditioning (was advertised as air-conditoned on this site). My partner needed somwhere cool to recover from chemo which is why we chose this property. No response from the owners when contacted. Ridiculously expensive wi-fi - given the amount paid for the "apartment". Expensive laundry facilities. Faulty appliances that almost tripped the circuit. Unsafe bathroom - water from the shower spills over the bathroom floor (no bathmat) and made for an almost visit to the Atherton hospital. The unit was clean and tidy but that was the only positive note of our experience. Can not recommend this property as it was definitely not value for money.

Your venue was advertised as a bed and breakfast. But there was no breakfast, and when we called you, you did not respond. The beds were too soft. Overall, just an average experience, but a lot of disappointments.

The property was perfect for our big family, big bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms, lovely big verandah with outdoor tables and chairs. Living areas were roomy too.
The couple of negatives for our stay were that we had to supply bath towels, the ventilation was poor, having to force windows open for fresh air, and the air-conditioning was unfortunately not working in the lounge area. One other negative was the laundry was only coin operated, which was tricky with young children and staying a week.
Otherwise it was a perfect house for our stay. Staff were very nice and helpful when we contacted them about a couple of issues.
Thankyou for having us, we did have a lovely visit.

Unfortunately too many cockroaches for me! I turned back the bed to find live cockroaches in the sheets. I was in the downstairs unit and you hear about of noise from upstairs footsteps.

This is not a B and B facility, no breakfast was provided, although Cont Breakfast could be provided for extra fee!! From the location and setting it appeared the stay would be nice and quiet. However the room was lower level with wooden floors above where other guests were quite noisy walking around all night and very early morning. Downstairs facilities were very good though. Other rooms had to share kitchen and lounge facilities, hence the continued noise. Would not stay again, have booked elsewhere for return trip.

There were a few little things that made our stay less than ideal. No air con in the bedroom, decor was very plain, shower head was pretty lame, no wifi unless you pay extra and most windows don't have fly screens. The view from the verandah could be alot better, but instead you just have a wall of trees mostly, and out to one side you look out over the water tanks with a little pocket of view in the distance. The laundry is coin operated, which is just annoying, and you are not supposed to use it from 9-11am, which is inconvenient.

This is an unattended property. Think boarding house style with individual rooms but no host present. It was clean and tidy but there is a problem with plumbing that is constantly making a noise every 10 mins or so all through the night. Also other occupants that party could be an issue for some.
It’s difficult to police this when nobody is on site.
The rooms are very clean and for 1 night you can put up with it I suppose.

Not quite what I expected. Was in great condition. But room was Spartan. One straight back wooden chair. A bed. Two bedside tables. That’s it. No seat to work at a bench table. No where to place my suitcase except the floor. Very small tv up in a corner. Hard to watch from bed without twisting my degenerate neck…communal areas the only place to try do some computer work. Not ideal. I would not stay here again. Cold. I was so cold. No heater. I slept in my clothes. Thin blanket doubled over me.
