Amazing spot
Overall this is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are beyond helpful and helped coordinate our lost luggage. The only knock on this place is the beds firmness. It was too much for me and my 5 month pregnant wife. If you like firm beds, this is THE hotel to stay in Budapest.

The hotel is just as described and pictured. Staff were friendly and quite professional and willing to go out of their way to help and accommodate their guests. Reception was quick to notice we didn’t have umbrellas and ran out to give us one. They offered lemonade in the reception to beat the heat and was a nice refreshment to unwind from a long day. The design and layout of the hotel was different from most but had a unique touch. We did not have trouble hailing a taxi nor did taxis have trouble finding the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Although the menu was the same throughout the stay it did give us a nice start to explore the city. Hands down great experience and would recommend it.

Reception desk staff were awesome. They helped us find our way around. The evening restaurant staff were great too. The bartender creates art. I rated the staff a little lower b/c I received conflicting messages re: the breakfast buffet. For example, they didn't have vegan/vegetarian, no-red meat protein options. We were told we could order an egg-white omelette via buffet, then told to order it via their a la carte menu. They brought us an egg-white omelette without garnish. The a la carte menu was limited. Other than the lack of flexibility and options for diverse diets as well as mixed message, staff members were wonderful and the space was great.
