What a fantastic place with beautiful views and a truly exceptional hosting team. They truly went above and beyond for us and all their guests, great communication from the start, welcome drinks, even let us stay in a vacant room after check out as wet had a late flight so wet could get sons swimming in. 10/10 stay would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay here, our room was basic but spacious and clean. The highlight was the huge balcony which had both a dining area under some cover and an open space for sunbathing. The rooms are situated right on top of the beach which was also another highlight. Staff all very pleasant and attentive to any needs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ante our host and staff were amazing. From the time we arrived to the time we departed Ante and company made us feel special. The daily breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh and local fare all topped off with eggs to order and Ante's homemade crepes. Yum yum The property beach location right on the sea walk make it easy to take in all the wonderful things to do in the area.

This hotel looked great in the pictures, but it is even better in real life! Beautiful place with a private beach. Rooms were big, clean and had great air conditioning. The breakfast is served by the owner and his family and they were very helpful and provided excellent service. They really made you feel welcome. Close proximity to a nice bakery, an ATM and a store for all of our daily needs. Bars and restaurants nearby as well. Taxi to the centre of Split and the old town was always available at a reasonable price and took about 15 minutes. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel
The stay was great, good service, kind staff, beautiful beach and large rooms. Overall there is nothing wrong with the hotel. However, Podstrana is a quiet place with not to much nightlife. So if you are visiting for a calm and relaxing vacation, this hotel is a good choice. If you want more life and music in the evening, you should consider split or actually another city. (Split in general is not to good at partying, at least not in late September). But again, the hotel was great and absolutely a recommendation!

The sign is small and unclear making the place a little difficult to find and the owners were hard to get a hold of when we arrived. The place was very clean and its right on the beach. The place has a very low angled ceiling so it's not very comfortable for tall people. The fridge does not get very cold, the stove does not get very hot. There are 2 showers but they were cramped and there is not a good place to put your shampoo and toiletries. There was not daily housekeeping. There are shutters outside the doors that lead to the balconies. If you keep them closed then it is dark, claustrophobic and depressing. If you open them its a beautiful view but we got yelled out without warning by the owner and he threatened us that he would charge us 300 euros if the wind would have caused them to break.

Perfect for a family getaway!
We spend 4 nights here as a base for visits to Split, Trogir and Klis. The room had an amazing view to the Split peninsula and Brac. The massive balcony of our room had both a section with sun and a section with shade. The hotel is in walking distance of a bakery and a small but well-stocked supermarket. By far the best thing is the fact that the beach is right outside the door. You are literally on the beach in 30 seconds. This particular stretch of beach is busy, but not overly crowded. Within a five minute walk on the beach, there are at least two nice restaurants, and ice cream stand, an on beach massage stand, a stand with beach essentials and a jetski rental. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, the service level is very high. You feel in good hands. The room is well-appointed and offers an efficient Aircon and a smart-TV. Not that we had time to use it.

Majottauduttiin kumppanin kanssa sunnuntaista-sunnuntaihin. Olin varannut kahden hengen huoneen merinäköalalla mutta saatiinkin neljän hengen perhehuone aivan uskomattomalla näköalalla suoraan merelle.😍 Huone oli siisti, kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta ja molemmista pääsi parvekkeelle. Siisteydestä huolehdettiin loistavasti. Henkilökunta ja varsinkin omistaja oli super ystävällinen ja avulias. Ainut miinus oli että hiustenkuivain puuttui huoneesta kokonaan.

Vlak voor ons vertrek uit Nederland (4:30uur!) ontvingen wij al een appje van de eigenaar Ante dat onze kamer al klaar was voor onze komst en dat wij, als wij dat zouden willen, al direct konden inchecken bij onze aankomst. Toen we rond 11 uur arriveerden werden wij ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen door Ante die ons begeleidde naar ons appartement. Omdat wij de volgende dag al voor 7 uur zouden vertrekken en ontbijt bij ons verblijf hadden geboekt, stelde Ante voor dat wij ons ontbijt die dag al zouden nuttigen en eventueel wat dingen in de koelkast zouden zetten voor de volgende dag. Ontzettend goede service!! Helaas was het weer niet heel erg goed die dag maar aan het appartement, service en de locatie heeft het absoluut niet gelegen!
