We had a great time in Amsterdam and this hotel met our expectations! The location is close enough to the city center, either by foot or using the tram public transportation. Staff was helpful, room was clean and cleaned well daily. We slept great!

Lovely hidden little hotel

Very simple no fuss hotel, fairly close to everything. Only problem is its tricky to get food and drink (there is a vending machine but its very high priced and only takes cash) Room is super self contained. Air con was great, very stylish and fantastic views.

Nice hotel we got stuck in the lift twice and had to call the engineer on one occasion. They were doing some kind of roadworks/building works which woke me up by 7 on both days. Convenient for transport and walking and a nice area.

Essentially no amenities or staff at property. Staff was also not flexible or accommodating. Price is very high for what you are getting, which is a low-level budget experience in my opinion. Soap, bed sheets, towels, A/C units are all very cheap. Location is just OK.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the double air con room. Room was very spacious and clean which is important to me. Aesthetically pleasing. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood. It was conveniently located to grocery stores (Lidl and Albert Heijn), public transit and very walkable to city centre about 15-20 minutes. Only thing to keep in mind there is No fridge in rooms or elevator (in area that I stayed) but that didn’t bother me. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Highly recommend.

We got lucky and was the only guest on the top floor. its was extremely quiet and serene. The only drawback was there is no elevator. So, if you have a lot of luggage and/or mobility issues, you may want to reconsider this property. The location is nice. A few blocks away from a street market, a few streets away from an Aldi market, a few blocks away from The Heineken Museum. Very walkable from most attractions...

Great stay

The room was very clean and presented in a pleasing manner. Having no air conditioning meant that we slept with the window open which allowed a couple of mosquitoes into the room. The hotel is hardly placed with a good selection of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The manageress was very helpful as we found out about a train strike the day before our leaving. She booked a couple of bus tickets for us.

Overall bad experience - Amazing staff and comfy bed! But the room wasn't very comfortable, the bathroom had no privacy, shower had no door, room windows had poor thermal isollation and on top of that I was charged 5 days ahead of time and lied to by Expedia. I wouldn't recommend it.

Shower was Luke warm, door opens into the beds. Light switches are behind the head of the beds. Nice place, but seems like it’s not finished or some parts of the room need to be thought out more. Disappointing for the price I paid.

We arrived at 2 am and had checked out by 4 am. The room was not air conditioned, it was tiny, there was stagnant water in the shower, the drain did not work, and there was a bad smell. We were creeped out. The hotel refused to refund any of the 4 days we had booked. We were very disappointed we it’s their response.

Very modern hotel which captured my attention straight away however very disappointing that we were put into the ground floor room right next to the door. Extremely loud and noisy which woke us up every night at 5:30am with people leaving the building and building world going on over the road. Room was not as described as it was a lot smaller than the pictures shows including a very loud and unstable toilet door that makes a sound that the glass door will smash every time you touch it. If that wasn’t enough the shower was a disgrace, you have to find the right ‘sweet spot’ on the dial to stop it dripping constantly. Every day we was trying to stop the drips for an hour!!! Overall nice small hotel with facilities and noise issues. I wouldn’t stay again.

I did not enjoy stay at this hotel at all! 1. They do not have mini fridge in the room. When I asked to put my medicine (which are mandatory for my health & life) into their fridge - at first they lied that they do not have any fridge. And after when I saw one with drinks they told me that they cannot put guests things there. But I did not ask to cool a bottle of wine - it is medicine which have to be 24/7 in the fridge! 2. I bought my mini fridge for the medicine but asked for the 2nd card so there is always electricity in the room and fridge will work. The receptionist refused again! After a horrible fight I've got the 2nd card... 3. One of the lights did not work in the room 4. Transparent glass door into toilet and no door in the shower - I don't like it. 5. Location is so so. Not worth it's money.
