For a 5 star resort one would assume things like bathrobes and slippers would be part of the room, and that was missing. Also, limited pool lounge chairs and you have to pay to use the lounge chairs it is not included in your stay. Really unique wellness property. We loved the breakfast and the buffet. Definitely recommend renting a car and booking more time to get full use of the services and activities located at the hotel and beyond. They upgraded us to a room with a private pool which was also amazing. Some of the service was hit and miss from the staff, but overall very pleasant and relaxing stay!
