The property was better than expected based on the price. This is an older building with updated, comfortable beds. It's not fancy , but it was just what we needed for an inexpensive overnight stay. Our room was clean and it was in good working condition.

As one would expect for the price
Cottonwood Inn is a decent place for the price. Our room was clean and comfortable, but the bathtub's ceramic had a large worn/ dark spot that made showering uncomfortable; also, we could only get either tepic or very hot water (not warm). The lady we met in the front office is very nice and hard working (seems to do everything including cleaning!) Breakfast consisted of just cereals, bagels, oatmeal, coffee, and OJ, but the cereal choices were good at least!
