The employees are really kindly. It was my first time in Thailand and I visited Chiang Mai for the first time, and I was happy to get a good first impression. The location is also quiet, making it a great place to relax. You can walk to the Mayan Mall. The facility was also in good condition. One weak point is that you may wake up early from the sound of birds chirping in the morning, and if you are sensitive to the sound of airplanes because of close to the airport, you should wear earplugs.

Good location and is close to the shopping center. You also can find a lot of different kinds of restaurants around the hotel. The staff are of enthusiastic and energetic young people. The morning breakfast was really good. Pro tip: Don't go to breakfast at 7:00 when it first opens. Wait maybe 40-60 minutes. That way the hot food like chicken wings will have time to heat up. It's in a great area, convenient to many shops and stuff. And Maya mall is maybe 20 minute walk or a short taxi ride.

Lovely hotel in a great location
The hotel was in an excellent location and I absolutely loved the place! The pool is also really nice but does not get much sun for those of us who like to sunbathe. The free water, soft drinks teas and coffees were great and the breakfast was excellent.

Practical Hotel
Room was on 2nd floor in front of the pool. Beautiful pool BUT NOISY when people are swimming and couldn’t take a nap in the afternoon. Walls are thin and can hear service counters keeping plates and utensils. Practical hotel if you’re out most of the time.
