My stay at the hotel
I enjoyed my stay, but because of the size it was a little overwhelming, and a lot of walking to navigate the hotel. Suggest maybe a shuttle or something. I would not recommend to an elderly person

GREAT buildings with horrible food
Rhe hotel was design was outstabding. The room was comfortable but the shower had lots of mold? The carpet in the hallways had large stains and the furniture has significant wear. The elevators and corridors have deferred maintance and lack of cleaning. The casino was very quite mainly due to lack of payouts. You can hear many people grumbling as they walked the halls. The UPSCALE names on the restaurants where very disappointing and after three meals in the food court and Bio we abandoned the over priced sub par food and service. Well enough said...we will NEVER be back and wish you luck if you decide to go.

Room was spacious and quiet. Only downside is how far parking is from the hotel and the elevators/rooms. Things were a bit expensive but to be expected at a casino.

A good stay
We booked two rooms two nights. The service was outstanding. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and quiet. We stayed in the Cherokee Tower and it was a10+min walk to the food court and breakfast cafe. Food services were a little slow but we were not in a hurry. The rooms were very clean. But the beds were not very comfortable with sagging mattresses and scratchy sheets. I wished they provided complementary bottles of water. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
