The staff were nice and friendly. The room though I get that I can’t expect much as it is a budget friendly hotel but I at least expect it to be clean and decent. The breakfast was good. However the room felt out of date, the bathroom was dirty and falling apart with molds on the side, and the bed sheet didn’t even fit the bed.

This property is totally different to what displayed on the website and the room where so dirty and there was blood stains in the toilet. Zero security in the hotel and too many people over drunk people around in the hotel lobby. This should be zero star hotel. Highly disappointed.

The lobby is nicely decorated and clean the room however was poor. It was on the first floor was dated with stains on the floor and light switches. The room smelt of smoke as it had a covered balcony which was used as a smoking room with cigarette burns on the chairs. As it was on the first floor people would be outside the room window on the street smoking which added to the smell. They did offer us another room but decided to leave and book somewhere else. It was a bit out of the way and a 20 minute walk to the city centre and it was a steep hill on the way back.

Otroligt sunkigt rum, stank från toaletten, för få handdukar, trasiga lampor i badrummet, badrummet ville man helst inte ens gå in i. Fruktansvärd frukost!! Pannkakorna var frusna! Nästan inget fanns. Fick sitta och vänta en kvart på incheckning. Utanför fönstret låg en hög tomma ölburkar och två pundare satt och rökte på och kunde titta rakt in i rummet om vi inte drog ner mörkläggningsgardinerna hela vägen. Många skriver lågprishotell men när vi bokade var priset ändå samma som scandic - helt sjukt. Är snarare hostel än hotell.

Städningen var bra när vi hade bett städerskan städa efter föregående gäst.(Hon var upprörd över att vi blivit tilldelade ett rum som inte var röjt) Fö var rummet slitet, med tejpade(!) eluttag och hårtork. Frukosten var på låg budget nivå. Bra att veta var man INTE skall bo nästa gång.
