I spent first night in unused room 100% no hot water for shower and all the electric plugs didn’t work after I asked them to move to better room was ok but without any room service and they let me pay 30 dollars for parking .

Great hotel
Great hotel - it started with being upgraded to a suite, which was of course well-received. The suite was spacious and well-equipped, and decorated in good taste. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel felt very luxurious, apart from the lobby that feels a bit 90s. Good location if you want to stay in Hamra.

Comfortable stay.
Hotel is in a great location. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room we booked, deluxe, was advertised as having a desk but really it was just a high table underneath the tv without a chair. Very inconvenient as I had some work to do during the trip. The breakfast is average. I would recommend not paying for breakfast and eating out at some of the nearby bakeries. They seemed to have an issue with the electricity as it kept cutting out but it did always come back on seconds later. WiFi is weak but you can make do. The staff at the reception was friendly but the breakfast room staff could be friendlier.

Great location in Beirut m!
We booked the hotel for the location and were very happy with the area. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was helpful and accommodating. One slight problem, we had booked a car for pickup at the airport. I had given the hotel the flight info and called to let them know the flight was delayed. I also called again when I knew what time the flight would land. Unfortunately this was not communicated with the driver and no one was there to pick us up. Not a problem because taxis were easy to find but still a little frustrating. And hotel staff seemed confused as to why we didn’t use the driver. It might have been a language barrier issue.
