Great mountain getaway
The service was great. The manager at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the mountains. It was short walk to downtown Mittenwald where there was great restaurants and shopping.

We had a lovely stay. The staff is over the top. Our room was impeccable after cleaning service. So convenient to everything. Grocery store was conveniently across the street. Pool was wonderful. Sauna area could be a little cleaner but wonderful and relaxing just the same.

In the booking it was stated that the room of type Economy include - Double Room, 1 Queen Bed, Balcony In practice, the hotel claimed that an Economy type reservation does not include a balcony and I did not receive a room with a balcony.
