    Terrible

    Terrible place. I can not understand why it has good reviews. First of all. The room has a closet will a door from both sides. In you can order food and they deliver it there without need to open the door. I ordered food on Monday. After I was done I place the tray with leftovers back in the closet. It took 5 days for them to pick it up again. Then my Air-condition didn't properly work. I asked at the reception for help or a new room. She said they would send someone. An hour went and no one showed up. I called down and asked again... She said they must have forgot. But this time someone showed up. She saw that the Air-condition was not okay And she was going down to talk to the manager and fix something. She told me they where going to call me... I was sitting up waiting but no one called. This was all in the evening. I gave up around midnight. The room is not nice. The closet for clothes is filled with trash. Don't take this hotel. Its not worth it

    Not what is shown in Ad

    Just wanted something simple for a long layover from the airport. Arrived to realize that it was not what Brazilians consider a 'hotel' but what they consider a 'motel', pay by the hour for couples to enjoy each others company for a few hours kinda thing. There was no front reception, just a small window. Though I must admit the receptionist was very kind...As this motel was not what was represented in the ad and in a strange area and I had to leave alone in the middle of the night to return to the airport by taxi I decided to just find another more secure hotel.

    Estou me hospedando no hotel desde maio toda semana a trabalho. Já fiquei em diversos quartos e em 3 andares diferentes. Bom vou tentar descrever minas experiências. Positivo - é do lado do meu trabalho, os quartos são aparentemente novos, tvs grandes algumas são smartv. Internet boa em todas as partes do hotel. Camas grandes e na maioria dos quartos confortáveis. Quartos a maioria grandes, bem espaçosos. Chuveiros a maioria esquenta bem. Alguns até de mais. Kits sempre disponível sabonete, shampoo e escova de dente. Atendimento da recepção sempre prestativo. Negativos - Todos os quartos que fiquei tinham traças, uns mais outros menos, as x não tinha toalha de banho mas levo a minha então não era problema pra eu, cobertor em alguns poucos quartos tem. Mas levo o meu TB. Agora o pior dos problemas é a acústica. Se vc for passar uma noite e não tem hora nem pra dormir nem acordar talvez não faça diferença. Mas se vc precisa dormir aí é um probleminha. Tudo faz muito barulho arrastacao de móveis, hóspedes com tv alta, falação tanto de funcionários no corredor dos fundos como de hóspedes até altas horas. Casais que usam os quartos só pra namorar sendo que em baixo 1 e 2 andares é só pra isso mesmo... E ainda as quartas e sextas tem uma igreja que não importa qual quarto você está você escuta o culto inteiro. Das 19 as 20.. Bom se for se hospedar uma noite talvez nem perceba.
