Péssima experiência
O ponto positivo da pousada foi a localização, bem próximo ao centro. Mas vários pontos importantes deixaram muito a desejar: Não havia internet no quarto, a tv do quarto não funcionava, não havia estacionamento para todos os veículos dos hóspedes e o café da manhã só é servido as 9h. Pedimos auxílio para o responsável da pousada, porém ele disse que não podia fazer nada.

Pousada HORRÍVEL.
Horrível. Pousada velha, com estrutura antiga, sem manutenção, cheia de mofo. Ficamos no quarto 7, no qual estava com chuveiro queimado, vaso entupido, ninho de gambá no forro do teto e várias goteiras quando chovia. Devido as goteiras nosso quarto foi alagado na hora da chuva, sorte que as malas estavam para cima da cama. Nós quem tivemos que secar o quarto pois o proprietário não se disponibilizou a fazer. Outro ponto são os gambás, no forro do teto do quarto aparentemente mora uma família de gambás o que fazia barulho constantemente além de ficar com cheiro de fezes no local. Além disso, a fechadura da porta constantemente agarrava a chave, necessitando pegar a reserva. Wi-fi somente nas áreas externas pois no quarto não funcionou momento algum. Os únicos pontos positivos são: A localização e as camareiras que deixam o quarto limpo. Atenção: Nos hospedamos agora em Janeiro de 2025.

Super aconchegante e com excelente atendimento.
Excelente opção para quem quer ficar no coração do Centro de Búzios. Ficamos de 6a a Domingo e a pousada fica bem no coração do Centro. Pegando a 1a esquerda sai bem no meio da rua das pedras. Também bem perto da praça santos dumont. Apesar de ficar no Centro, não tivemos problema com barulho. Dormimos muito bem. Tudo funcionando (frigobar, chuveiro). Tudo limpo e bem organizado. Ótimo café da manhã. Eduardo nos recebeu muito bem super educado e interessado em fazer com que a sua estadia seja perfeita. Outro ponto positivo é que não precisa deixar o carro na rua, tem como parar o carro dentro da pousada e ficar despreocupado.

Maravilhosa Estadia em Búzios.
Simplesmente espetacular. A cordialidade e receptividade do Sr Eduardo, o tamanho do quarto ideal, banheiros grandes, limpeza perfeita, café da manhã feito com muito carinho e tudo muito gostoso, frequento búzios desde 2011 e posso afirmar que essa foi uma das melhores hospedagens que já fiquei, tão incrível, que voltaremos em janeiro com mais 8 pessoas. Tirando que tem estacionamento e praticamente a 50 metros da rua das pedras. Obrigado e parabéns a todos da Poisada Chez Nice.

Estadia ótima
Melhor custo benefício da região. A localizado é EXCELENTE, 2 minutos das ruas das pedras e ao mesmo tempo em uma rua tranquila. Um diferencial é o estacionamento, visto que, pouquíssimas pousadas do centro tem! Acomodação simples e com tudo que nós precisávamos. Quarto muito bem limpo e assistencia ótima. O café da manhã é as 9h, achei um pouco tarde para quem gosta de sair cedinho como nós, porém tem uma padaria a uns 100 metros da pousada, tomamos café lá no dia que saímos pra um passeio as 7h. Nos outros dias tomamos café na própria pousada e a comida estava ótima. Voltaremos com certeza.
