Basic hotel, clean, mattresses terrible
Just a basic hotel in Copacabana, not 4 stars as advertised. Barely 3 stars. Very close to boardwalk, relatively clean. Beds, pillows, sheets were terrible, that's why I gave it 2 stars for comfort. Has A/C, fridge., coffee maker. Everything costs though, even water, all your coffee pods.

Really lovely hotel right by the beach. The staff are really friendly and helped us with restaurant recommendations, taxis etc. There are also lots of restaurants nearby and we felt very safe there. the breakfast buffet was also great!

The staff are really nice and housekeeping staff were excellent. The room is clean daily. The housekeeping staff were really great. Bathroom need a hanger for towel and need more closet space. I stayed for 8 days. There was not much options for closet for 2 people. Addition of drawers would be better and convenient.

Awesome room for the price, but needs an upgrade in service - tried to get lunch one day as only one in the restaurant and it took 45 minutes to get a drink. Breakfast is ample with normal service. Rooftop, which has a slick design and amazing views, closes at 9:00 pm (sharp!), which doesn't make sense in such a vibrant city. TV did not work for 2 days and no one knew how to restart cable, etc. Very noisy corner all night long as you get later in the week. All in all, would stay again with service upgrades.

Hello! The property was great. Good area - many places to eat and drink. The beach is minutes away. The staff at the front desk were nice. However, we tried eating at the hotel restaurant and no staff was available. They looked at us and did not offer a seat. I asked for assistance and the staff said wait a minute. We proceeded to wait 10 minutes another staff member looked and walked away. We left unhappy and unwelcome and had dinner some place else. Would I come back - no.
