I love the Northern Emirates. Depressing to see development of a mega casino and I wonder whether their character is about to change.

"From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front desk team. They made me feel welcomed and attended to all my needs promptly. Throughout my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with several remarkable staff members, including Manohar Kumar, Asif Ahmed, Ganesh Nagarkar and Kavintha whose attentive service and culinary expertise made dining morning, lunch and dinner a delight. I had special requests during my visit which were a lemon and ginger shot every morning and a strawberry milkshake for my daughter Florence. After day one of my request, I never had to ask again as the mentioned members of the team would have them ready on arrival to the restaurant. Truly outstanding attention to detail with regards ensuring customer satisfaction.
It's evident that the staff is not only skilled but also passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. Their dedication to ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay is truly commendable."
"Very impressed. Clean, comfortable - good gym and reasonably good value. Big effort made to cater for all ...family, solo etc. The DJ is a bit too loud, drowning out conversation, and bar food average. However, the buffet is exceptional. All in, best value in Al Hamra "
"We went with 2 other families for our 3rd time and it is a great destination for short breaks. Lots for the kids to do and plenty of space. Buffet could be better is the only lower mark I would give. "
